The Bonneville County Fairgrounds is managed by a 9-member Fair Board appointed by the Bonneville County Commissioners. The Fair Board meets regularly on the first Monday of a calendar month at 7:00 pm in the Conference Room of the Education Complex.

The Bonneville County Fair Board is a volunteer governing board appointed by the Bonneville County Commissioners. Fair Board Members provide strategic oversight of the Bonneville County Fairgrounds, including operations, finances, events, and community engagement. Board Members work collaboratively to ensure the fairgrounds remain financially stable, well-maintained, and responsive to the needs of the community while upholding legal, ethical, and policy standards.
