Entries: Must be submitted on Wednesday, July 29, 2026, between 8 am to 2 pm. at the Bonneville County Fairgrounds located at 1542 E 73rd S, Idaho Falls, ID 83404. No entries will be accepted after this time.
Conditions: All breads must be naturally fermented, hand-shaped loaves (no commercial yeasts may be used). All Bread exhibits must be placed on a paper plate and inserted into Ziplock bags or paper bags. The recipe must accompany the entry
